Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Wholesale orders (unless damaged or defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
